Dr. Vellanki
Dr. Vellanki has received her DMD with honors from prestigious Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, New Jersey. She is proficient in all areas of dentistry. She empathizes with her patient’s concerns and strives to provide the information needed to help you make a good decision about the treatment and care prescribed. She has also developed a particular affinity for working with children who find her warm, friendly, and accessible.
Dr. Vellanki attributes her expertise in performing state-of-the-art dental procedures to her lifelong love of learning. She keeps her knowledge up to date with the latest and best dental technologies and advancements to provide her patients the most current treatment options. As a dental professional, she believes in continuous growth in her professional skills through continuing education and dedication to provide her patients with the best. She is currently working towards her Masters in MAGD, MS in Digital Smile Design while simultaneously working towards her fellowship in AACD. With her advanced dental training, Dr. Vellanki has enhanced the smiles of many satisfied patients
Dr. Vellanki is a member of American Dental association, Massachusetts dental society, American academy of clear aligners, American academy of cosmetic dentistry, American academy of general dentistry. She studied with spear education, digital smile designs and pankey institute, etc.
Dr. Vellanki is certified Invisalign provider and is certified in Laser Dentistry. She has an advanced training in Cosmetic Dentistry, full mouth rehabilitation, smile makeover through digital smile design, clear aligners along with all aspects of general dentistry. Dr. Vellanki has taken her passion for Invisalign therapy beyond cosmetic, functional and health benefits to her patients.
Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids, cooking, traveling, and photography.

Dr. Kai Gao – Dentist
Dr. Kai Gao graduated with a DMD degree from Boston University School of Dental Medicine. He also holds a Masters degree from University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada.
Dr. Gao is a highly accomplished and dedicated professional with over 15 years of dental experience.
With years of clinical experiences and numerous hours of continuing education. Dr. Gao developed extensive expertise in all aspects of general dentistry. His special interests focus on implant dentistry (e.g. All-on-4 and All-on-6), complicated extractions (e.g. wisdom teeth extraction), root canal treatment. He loves the variety of work in dentistry and does his utmost to ensure that dental visits are as relaxed and comfortable as possible.
Dr. Gao is an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA) and Massachusetts Dental Society (MDS).
In the doctor’s spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 kids, as well as swimming and running.

Daliana Kosmalski – Office ManagerDaliana joined New Horizons Family Dental in 2009, bringing with her a decade of experience in customer service and business management. She holds a degree in Foreign Trade. With a rich background in business management, including financial and administrative skills, Daliana stands out as an exemplary leader in our office. Her ability to communicate fluently in Portuguese, Spanish and English enhances our practice’s multicultural environment, fostering a comforting and inclusive atmosphere for all our patients.
Outside of work, she enjoys life to the fullest, spending cherished moments with her family and friends.
Peggy Leblanc – Dental Assistant
Peggy Leblanc – Dental AssistantPeggy, our Certified Dental Assistant, graduated from the Rhode Island Community College, and has more than 25 years of invaluable experience in the dental field. Since joining our team in 2014, she has assumed the role of the lead assistant, demonstrating dedication and enthusiasm towards dentistry. Her vibrant energy and genuine care contribute to a comfortable environment in our office. She invests continuous hours in training to ensure she remains up to date in the latest dental advancement to better serve our patients.
During her leisure time, she enjoys lengthy walks, gardening, swimming and spending time with her family.
Kayla Riel – Dental Assistant

She is a valued member of our team. Kayla is dedicated to delivering high-quality care and education to our patients, empowering them to achieve optimal oral health. Her approach is gentle, ensuring patient comfort throughout their dental procedures.
In her pursuit for professional development, Kayla actively participates in hands-on workshops to stay up to date with the latest technologies, ensuring our patients receive the best possible care.
Away from the office, she enjoys baking and spending time with her friends and family.
Rosiane Vitor – Administrative Assistant
Rosiane joined our team in 2021, bringing with her seven years of invaluable experience in the costumer care field. Throughout her career, she has acquired certifications in accounting, business management, and Spanish, further enriching her professional resource.
Rosi, as we call her demonstrates a keen dedication to ensuring each patient receives exemplary treatment and a consistently positive experience during every visit. She assists patients by explaining and reviewing their treatment plans, insurance benefits, and financial considerations. Rosi is fluent in English and Portuguese, with a working knowledge of Spanish.
During her time away from the office, Rosi finds joy in spending time with her husband and her beautiful daughter Sophie. Her passions include baking, photography, and creating content for social media platforms.
